After completing my PhD in Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006, I have worked as a psychologist in a variety of roles and disciplines encompassing academia, research and consultancy.
In addition to being a Unitive® coach I have lectured, given keynote speeches and advised governments, industry and policy makers on their communication strategies. At present, I work part-time as Senior Researcher and Lecturer at King’s College London.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society, The Society for Risk Analysis, the Social Research Association, Scientists for Global Responsibility, the European Council for Coaching and Mentoring and am an associate of Charles Bentley Associates Ltd as a Unitive® Coach in London.
I live with my husband and children in Kensington, London.
Charles’s Unitive® approach has significantly added to my background in psychology by giving me a more holistic perspective. It is a unique way of uncovering, unlocking and then applying each person’s potential. We work together, focusing on the client without imposing any preconceived ideas, listening undivided and providing a safe environment for in-depth reflection. In this way, the approach can help us find the answers within us.
As the mother myself, I specialise in issues related to motherhood (ante and postnatal), and subsequent changes in family dynamics, work-life balance and esteem.
As well as my work as group facilitator, I also work with clients on a one-to-one basis, preferably face-to-face in central London. Coaching over Skype or on the phone is also available, particularly for clients further away and for international clients.
Each session is stand-alone and there is no commitment to a set number of ongoing sessions. Each face-to-face session is 90 minutes long and those on Skype or over the phone are usually 60 minutes.
To make an enquiry, with no obligation on either side, click the “Contact Anne” button to contact me and we can arrange to have a free initial phone conversation (usually for about 15 minutes).
